Architectural floor panel and Method for floor panel construction
The present invention relates to a floor panel for construction and a floor panel construction method. The floor panel for construction includes: a panel body having a flat plate part and a plurality of leg parts; a cap fixing nut stuck into an upper part of a vertical passage in the leg parts to be fixed; a holding nut stuck into a lower part of the vertical passage to be fixed; a leveling control screw screwed with a female screw part of the holding nut, having a torque input groove and an earthing plate in upper and lower parts and including a mortar guide passage therein; and a pressing cap combined with the cap fixing nut to seal the vertical passage. According to the present invention, the floor panel for construction enables quick and efficient leveling work by having a structure in which a worker performs leveling work for a floor panel while standing on an upper part of the floor panel. Moreover, the floor panel itself includes a level indicator to check leveling with the naked eye, which can lead to accurate leveling work. In addition, after the completion of the leveling work for the floor panel, mortar is applied to the bottom of the leg parts to fix the leg parts to the surface of a slab, thereby preventing a minute movement or sagging even after the elapse of time.
건축용 바닥패널 및 상기 바닥패널 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이는, 평판부와 다수의 다리부를 갖는 패널본체와; 다리부 내부의 수직통로 상단부에 박혀 고정되는 캡고정너트와; 수직통로의 하단부에 박혀 고정되는 홀딩너트와; 홀딩너트의 암나사부에 나사 결합하며 토크입력홈과 접지판을 상하단부에 가지고 내부에 모르타르 유도통로를 구비한 수평조절나사와; 캡고정너트에 결합하여 수직통로를 밀폐하는 가압캡을 포함한다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 건축용 바닥패널은, 바닥패널의 수평작업을, 작업자가 바닥패널의 상부에서 올라선 상태로 진행할 수 있는 구조를 가져 신속하고 능률적인 수평작업을 가능케 한다. 또한, 바닥패널 자체에 수평지시기가 구비되어 육안으로 수평을 확인할 수 있어 정확한 수평 작업을 할 수 있다. 아울러, 바닥패널의 수평 작업 완료 후, 다리부 하단에 모르타르를 가하여, 슬라브 표면에 다리부를 아예 고정시킴으로써, 시간이 지나더라도 미세하게 움직이거나 처지지 않는다.
