Guardrail reinforcement device
The present invention relates to a guardrail reinforcement device comprising: a reinforcing frame coupled to one side of a pole to connect poles to reinforce the strength of a rail and the pole; a fixing part inserted into the reinforcing frame; a fixing band bolt-coupled to the fixing part while sticking to the pole by enclosing the pole to couple the reinforcing frame to the pole; and a bearing plate coupled to one side of the middle of the pole to reinforce the bending strength of the pole. The reinforcing frame is installed on a pole of a conventional guardrail with insufficient strength and supporting power to reinforce the strength of a rail and the pole. The bearing plate is installed to be driven into the ground to stick to the rear end of the pole to reinforce the bearing strength of the pole and easily install the bearing plate, thereby partially reinforcing the strength without replacing a conventional guardrail with insufficient strength and supporting power to extend the life of the entire guardrail to increase safety.
본 발명은 가드레일 보강장치에 관한 것으로서, 지주와 지주사이를 연결하도록 지주의 일측에 결합되어 지주와 레일의 강도를 보강하는 보강후레임과, 보강후레임의 내부로 삽입되는 고정대와, 지주를 감싸듯이 밀착된 상태에서 고정대에 볼트결합되어 보강후레임을 지주에 결합시키는 고정밴드와, 지주의 중간부 일측에 결합되어 지주의 휘어짐강도를 보강하는 버팀판으로 구성하므로서, 기존 강도 및 지지력이 미흡한 가드레일의 지주에 보강후레임을 설치하여 지주와 레일의 강도를 보강하고, 상기 버팀판은 지주의 후단에 밀착되게 지면에 박히도록 설치하여 지주 버팀 강도를 보강할 수 있으면서 상기 버팀판의 설치를 용이하게 할 수 있으며, 이로 인하여 기존 가드레일의 지지력이 미흡한 가드 레일을 교체하지 않고서도 부분적으로 강도를 보강하여 전체적인 가드레일의 수명을 연장해 안전을 높일 수 있도록 한 것이다.
