The present invention relates to a roof assembly with a double structure having anti-condensation and fireproof functions, which comprises: a sound-absorbing deck panel; a plurality of reinforcing bars provided to be seated in a groove of the sound-absorbing deck panel; a heat shielding plate provided on an upper portion of the reinforcing bars; a glass wool sound-absorbing insulator supported by the heat shielding plate; a cramp joint roof provided on an upper portion of the glass wool sound-absorbing insulator; and a ceramic wool sound-absorbing fireproof insulator.

건물의 상부에 시공된 중도리에 의해 지지 되도록 중도리의 상부에 설치되는 지붕 조립체에 있어서, 상기 중도리의 상부에 설치되어 상기 중도리에 의해 지지 되며, 판면에는 다수의 흡음공들이 타공 형성되고, 상기 중도리의 길이방향을 따라 일정 간격마다 복수의 오목한 골이 나란하게 상기 중도리의 길이방향에 가로방향을 따라 형성된 흡음 데크패널; 상기 흡음 데크패널의 골에 안착 구비되어 상기 중도리의 길이방향에 가로방향으로 연장되며, 상기 흡음 데크패널로부터 상부로 일정 간격 이격된 높이가 형성되도록 하는 복수의 보강바아; 상기 보강바아의 상부에 구비되어 상기 보강바아에 의해 지지되며, 화재 발생시 상기 흡음 데크패널을 통해 전달되는 열이 중간에서 차단되도록 하는 열 차단 플레이트; 상기 열 차단 플레이트의 상부에 유리섬유로 충진 구비되어 상기 열 차단 플레이트에 의해 지지 되며, 흡음 및 준 불연 단열을 수행하는 글라스울 흡음 단열재; 상기 글라스울 흡음 단열재의 상부에 구비된 거멀접기 루프; 및, 상기 열 차단 플레이트와 상기 흡음 데크패널의 사이에 세라믹 섬유로 충진 구비되며, 흡음 및 완전 불연 단열을 수행하는 세라믹울 흡음 내화 단열재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 소음이 많이 발생 되는 건물의 상부에 시공된 중도리에 의해 지지 되며 흡음 구조와 함께 준 불연 단열과 완전 불연 단열의 이중구조로 시공되어 완벽한 내화 단열 구조를 이루도록 함으로써, 흡음 성능과 함께 탁월한 결로방지와 냉 난방시의 열 에너지 손실의 최소화, 그리고 화재 발생시엔 건물 손상과 인명 피해 등이 최소화되도록 할 수 있는 결로방지 및 내화기능을 갖는 이중구조로 된 지붕 조립체를 제공할 수 있다.
