본 발명은 합성수지재로 형성되고 다수개의 관로구가 형성된 맨홀본체의 상,하부면에 콘크리트로 형성된 콘크리트상,하부판을 설치하고 콘크리트상,하부판을 다수개의 연결고정부재로 고정하여 일체식 맨홀을 구성하여 맨홀의 내부를 합성수지재로 형성된 맨홀본체를 긴밀하게 형성하여 맨홀본체내에서 관로구를 통해 물의 배출을 방지하여 맨홀본체에 수밀성을 확보하고 기존의 거푸집을 이용하여 콘크리트로 형성되는 맨홀의 공사기간을 획기적으로 줄이고, 맨홀의 사용기간을 반영구적으로 견고하고 안정적으로 사용하고 맨홀의 보수공사를 보다 빠르고 손쉽게 하도록한 밸브실이 구비한 일체식 통합맨홀에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to an integral manhole with a valve chamber, which is configured by installing upper and lower plates of concrete made of concrete at upper and lower surfaces of a manhole main body made of a synthetic resin material and having a plurality of conduit units and fixing the upper and lower plates of the concrete by a plurality of connection fixing members so that the manhole main body made of the synthetic resin material in the manhole is adhesively formed. Therefore, the integral manhole with the valve chamber can prevent water from being discharged through the conduit units in the manhole main body to secure watertightness, innovatively reduce a construction period of the manhole made of the concrete by using a conventional mold, be rigidly and stably used while a use period of the manhole is semi-permanent, and allow repair construction of the manhole to be more quickly and easily performed.
