The present invention relates to a novel building crack repairing tape which can have improved waterproofness, flexibility, and durability, thereby being prevented from being easily torn and damaged, and can have excellent adhesion to a surface to be constructed, thereby effectively repairing cracks occurring in a building so that the cracks do not occur again, and a building crack repairing method using the same. The novel building crack repairing tape comprises: a stretchable waterproofing layer (10) having elasticity and waterproofness; and a filter sponge layer (20) formed by stacking a filter sponge sheet below the stretchable waterproofing layer (20). Below the stretchable waterproofing layer (10), the filter sponge sheet is embedded in the stretchable waterproofing layer (10) to form a mixing part (12) in which the stretchable waterproofing layer and the filter sponge are mixed.

본 발명은 방수 및 신축성은 물론이며 내구성도 향상되어 쉽게 찢어져서 손상되지 않으며, 피시공면에 대한 부착성도 우수하여 건축물에 발생된 크랙을 들뜸이나 크랙이 다시 발생되지 않도록 효과적으로 보수할 수 있는 새로운 구성의 건축물 크랙보수테이프 및 이를 이용한 건축물 크랙보수방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 신축성과 방수성을 가지는 신축방수층(10)과, 필터스펀지시트를 상기 신축방수층(20) 하측에 적층시켜 형성된 필터스펀지층(20)을 포함하며, 상기 신축방수층(10) 하부는 상기 필터스펀지시트가 신축방수층(10) 내부로 매입되어, 신축방수층과 필터스펀지가 혼화된 혼화부(12)를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물 크랙보수테이프 및 이를 이용한 크랙보수 방법이 제공된다.
