An artificial turf yarn for preventing skin damage according to an embodiment of the present invention, contains 80 to 95 wt% of polyethylene, 0.1 to 5 wt% of a compatibilizer, 1 to 5 wt% of an additive for preventing burns, 1 to 5 wt% of an additive for preventing skin damage, and 1 to 10 wt% of a functional additive, wherein the polyethylene contains a long chain branch, the additive for preventing burns is calcium stearate and paraffin wax, which is prepared by adding the calcium stearate and then the paraffin wax. The present invention relates to using modified polyethylene, an additive for preventing skin damage and an additive for preventing burns, artificial turf yarn for preventing skin damage that can improve the elasticity of artificial turf yarn and reduce frictional heat caused by friction with the human body by improving slip while maintaining grip, an object of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method thereof and an artificial turf structure using the same. By using modified polyethylene, an additive for preventing skin damage and an additive for preventing burns, the artificial turf yarn for preventing skin damage can improve the elasticity of artificial turf yarn and reduce frictional heat caused by friction with the human body.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 피부 손상 방지용 인조잔디 원사는, 폴리에틸렌(Polyethylene) 80~95 중량%, 상용화제 0.1~5 중량%, 화상방지용 첨가제 1~5 중량%, 피부 손상 방지용 첨가제 1~5 중량% 및 기능성 첨가제 1~10 중량%를 포함하며, 상기 폴리에틸렌은, 장쇄 분지(Long Chain Branch)를 포함하는 폴리에틸렌 이고, 상기 화상방지용 첨가제는, 스테아린산 칼슘(Calcium stearate) 및 파라핀 왁스(Paraffin wax)이며, 상기 스테아린산 칼슘을 투입한 후 상기 파라핀 왁스를 투입하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
