The present invention relates to an adiabatic shutter, which uses a hardened polyamide insulating material to prevent the problem of deterioration due to shrinkage and expansion caused by the curing reaction of the insulating material during the manufacturing process of a slat, and also enables the installation of the insulating material by a simple fitting method, and makes it possible to omit a separate insulation tape for sealing the insulating material, thereby greatly simplifying the manufacturing process.
본 발명은 경화 폴리아미드 단열재를 사용함으로써 슬랫의 제조과정에서 단열재의 경화반응에 따른 수축, 팽창에 의해 슬랫이 뒤틀려 상품성이 저하되는 문제점을 방지할 수 있음과 아울러, 단순 끼움 방식으로 단열재의 장착을 가능하게 하고 단열재를 실링하기 위한 별도의 단열재 테이프의 생략이 가능하도록 해 제조공정을 대폭 간소화시킬 수 있는 단열 셔터에 관한 것이다.
