The present invention relates to a walk-through screening clinic having a smart function, which can collect a sample from a suspected patient in a non-contact state with a virus infection-suspected patient. The walk-through screening clinic having a smart function of the present invention comprises: a booth body; a facing plate provided in the booth body to view a subject to be sampled positioned at the outside, from the inside of the booth body, and having a hole for discharging a glove to the outside; and an unloading unit provided in the booth body to unload a collection tool for sample collection from the inside to the outside of the booth body. The facing plate is formed to protrude from the booth body toward the subject to be sampled.
