The present invention provides a column for a soundproof facility having a soundproof board pressing function and a column buckling prevention function and a method for constructing a soundproof wall having a bolt loosening prevention anchor system, which can prevent local buckling of a column, enhance resistance capability thereof, perform a stable soundproof board fixation work, and prevent loosening of the column fixation. The column for the soundproof facility having the soundproof board pressing function and the column buckling prevention function according to the present invention, which is used for constructing the soundproof board, comprises: a column body composed of a structural steel beam manufactured with H cross sectional structural steel, composed of a front flange, a rear flange and a web, and having a length corresponding to a soundproof height where the column is installed, and a base plate manufactured with a steel plate to be bonded to the lower end of the structural steel beam and having a plurality of anchor connection holes; buckling prevention boards installed at each predetermined interval in a longitudinal direction on the structural steel beam in order to prevent local buckling of a column body side structural steel beam; pressing type fixtures coupled at positions selected among the buckling prevention boards to press and fix the soundproof boards stacked and installed in a height direction between adjacent structural steel beams; and a plurality of fixture coupling bolts inserted and penetrated into the buckling prevention boards and the pressing type fixtures to fix the pressing type fixtures to the buckling prevention boards.
본 발명은 지주의 국부좌굴 방지와 저항능력을 향상시킬 수 있고 방음판의 안정적인 고정 작업과 지주 고정의 풀림방지가 가능하도록 한 방음판 지압 기능과 지주 좌굴방지 기능을 갖는 방음시설용 지주 및 볼트 풀림방지 앵커시스템을 갖는 방음벽의 시공 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 방음판 지압 기능과 지주 좌굴방지 기능을 갖는 방음시설용 지주는, 방음판을 시공하기 위에 사용되는 지주에 있어서, H단면의 강재로 제작되어 전면플랜지와 후면플랜지 및 웨브로 이루어져 지주가 설치되는 방음 높이에 해당하는 길이를 갖는 강재빔, 강재빔의 하단에 강판으로 제작되어 접합되며 복수의 앵커 연결홀을 갖는 베이스 플레이트로 이루어진 지주 본체와; 상기 지주 본체측 강재빔의 국부좌굴을 방지하기 위해 강재빔에 길이방향으로 일정 간격마다 설치되어 있는 좌굴방지판과; 상기 좌굴방지판들 중 선택된 위치에 체결되어져 이웃한 강재빔의 사이에 높이방향으로 적층 설치되는 방음판을 지압하여 고정시키는 지압형 고정구와; 상기 좌굴방지판과 지압형 고정구를 삽통하여 지압형 고정구를 좌굴방지판에 고정시키는 복수의 고정구 체결볼트;를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
