Building exterior insulation using flame retardant binder
The present invention relates to a building exterior insulator using an impregnated flame retardant binder, which is able to bind a glass tissue with a foamed polystyrene or polyurethane resin, to harden an organic/inorganic binder on top of that, to have excellent flame retardancy and sound absorption, to have a high hardening speed, and to save energy. The present invention has effects to prevent fire by a flame-retardant insulation layer which is thermally hardened, to contain the air between fibers forming a flame-retardant insulation layer, to operate the insulation, sound proofing, vibration proofing, and moisture protection by glass tissue felt impregnated in the organic/inorganic flame-retardant binder, to be used as interior and exterior finishing materials for buildings, and to thermally harden a water-soluble acrylic acid polymer with the organic/inorganic binder through a single process.
본 발명은 발포폴리스틸렌 또는 폴리우레탄 수지에 유리섬유(Glass Tissue)를 결착하고 그 위에 유ㆍ무기 바인더를 경화시킴으로써 난연성 및 흡음성이 뛰어나고 경화속도가 빨라 에너지를 절약할 수 있는 난연바인더를 사용한 건축용 외장 단열재에 관한 것으로서, 건축용 외장 단열재는 열경화시킨 불연 단열층에 의하여 화재를 미연에 방지할 수 있고, 불연 단열층을 형성하고 있는 섬유들 사이에 공기를 내포하고 있으면서 유·무기 불연성 바인더에 함침된 유리섬유 부직포에 의하여 단열과 방음 및 방진, 방습 등의 작용을 하고 건축 내장 및 외장 마감재로 사용할 수 있어 열경화 시 수용성 아크릴산 중합체와 유·무기바인더를 단일의 공정을 통하여 열경화시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
