Shock-absorbing drainage plate for artificial turf
According to one aspect of the present invention, a shock-absorption drainage plate for artificial turf includes: a pad body provided on an upper side of a field foundation layer; and a shock-absorption plate coupled with the pad body to have artificial turf provided on an upper side thereof. The pad body includes: a first bottom plate provided in a grid shape to be overlapped with the shock-absorption plate; a first extension plate extended from a pair of sides, adjacent to each other, of the first bottom plate by a predetermined distance in a direction to an outer circumference surface of the first bottom plate; and a plurality of coupling protrusions provided on an upper side of the first extension plate to be coupled with another adjacent shock-absorption plate. The shock-absorption plate includes: a second bottom plate provided in a thin plate shape to be overlapped with the first bottom plate; a second extension plate extended from a pair of sides, adjacent to each other, of the second bottom plate by a predetermined distance in a direction to an outer circumference surface of the second bottom plate, while extended to sides different from the first extension plate; and a plurality of shock-absorption protrusions protruding from upper sides of the second bottom plate and the second extension plate to absorb a shock. Therefore, the present invention is capable of extending a replacement cycle by improving durability.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 인조잔디용 충격흡수 배수판은 필드 기초층의 상면에 구비되는 패드본체와, 상기 패드본체와 결합하여 상면에 인조잔디가 구비되는 충격흡수판을 포함하고, 상기 패드본체는 격자형태로 구비되어 상기 충격흡수판과 겹쳐지는 제1바닥판과, 상기 제1바닥판의 서로 인접한 한 쌍의 측면에서 상기 제1바닥판의 외주면 방향으로 일정거리 연장되는 제1연장판과, 상기 제1연장판의 상면에 구비되어 이웃하는 또 다른 상기 충격흡수판에 체결되는 다수의 체결돌기를 구비하고, 상기 충격흡수판은 얇은 판 형상으로 구비되어 상기 제1바닥판과 겹쳐지는 제2바닥판과, 상기 제2바닥판의 서로 인접한 한 쌍의 측면에서 상기 제2바닥판의 외주면 방향으로 일정거리 연장되되 상기 제1연장판과 서로 다른 측면으로 연장되어 구비되는 제2연장판과, 상기 제2바닥판 및 상기 제2연장판의 상면에서 돌출되는 형태로 구비되어 충격을 흡수하는 다수의 충격흡수돌기를 구비할 수 있다.
