The present invention relates to a coupler (C) for rebar connection with secured assembly and stability. To this end, according to the present invention, the coupler (C) for rebar connection with secured assembly and stability comprises: a body unit which has a hollow part so that a first rebar and a second rebar can be respectively inserted from both sides, and which has screw threads which are respectively formed on both sides of an outer circumferential surface; a pair of pressurizing units placed, respectively, on both sides of the body unit, having a plurality of pressurizing keys placed radially with accommodation tapered surfaces formed on the outer side; and a pair of tightening units in which on the inner circumferential surface on one side, a pressurizing tapered surface is formed, and on the inner circumferential surface on the other side, a screw thread is formed to be fastened with the body unit so that the plurality of pressurizing keys placed inside can be pressurized inward to apply a fastening force to the first rebar and the second rebar. Accordingly, the present invention is able to reduce the number of parts, to simplify the shape, to improve the assembly, and to secure stable fastening force.
본 발명은 조립성과 안정성이 확보된 철근 연결용 커플러(C)에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명의 조립성과 안정성이 확보된 철근 연결용 커플러(C)는 양측에서 제1,2 철근이 각각 삽입되도록 중공부가 마련되고, 외주면 양측에 나사산이 형성된 몸체부; 상기 몸체부의 양측에 구비되고, 외측에 수용 테이퍼면이 형성된 복수의 가압키가 방사상으로 구비되는 한 쌍의 가압부; 및 일측 내주면에 가압 테이퍼면이 형성되고, 타측 내주면에 나사산이 형성되어 상기 몸체부에 체결됨으로써 내측에 구비된 복수의 가압키가 내측으로 가압되어 상기 제1,2 철근에 체결력을 가하는 한 쌍의 조임쇠;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이로써, 전체적으로 부속의 수를 절감하고, 형상을 단순화하여 조립성을 향상시키면서도 안정적인 체결력을 확보할 수 있다.
