When the artificial turf structure is manufactured by planting the artificial turf yarn on a base paper, due to the air part, a shock absorption rate is excellent and grass piles can be prevented from being folded or wrinkled, and thus, it is possible to improve a game function and the lifespan of the artificial turf, to erect the turf pile through buoyancy during rain to reduce equipment and manpower for grass raising, thereby improving economic efficiency, and to reduce the influence of climatic conditions such as heat, cold and the like.
본 발명은 공기부를 포함하여 내구성이 우수한 항균성 인조잔디 원사, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 인조잔디 구조체에 관한 것으로, 상기 공기부를 포함하여 내구성이 우수한 항균성 인조잔디 원사는 중공사 형태의 원사를 일정 간격으로 압착 밀봉하여 공기부를 포함하는 인조잔디 원사로서, 상기 인조잔디 원사를 기포지에 식모하여 인조잔디 구조체를 제조하면 공기부로 인해 충격 흡수률이 우수하고 잔디파일이 접히거나 구겨짐을 방지할 수 있어 경기 기능성 및 인조잔디의 수명을 향상시킬 수 있고, 우천시 부력을 통해 잔디파일을 세울 수 있어 잔디 입모를 위한 장비나 인력을 절감하여 경제성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 더위나 추위 등의 기후조건에 영향을 줄일 수 있다.
