Anchor device for concrete bridge pier copping
The present invention relates to an anchor device installed on a coping of a concrete bridge pier to fix an inspection platform (15). The anchor device includes: an anchor (30) having the same standardized unit as a form tie (21) connected to a mold (20) for creating the coping, and having a male spiral part (31) or a female spiral part (33) provided at the other end to be connected to the inspection platform; a coupler (40) having a fixing piece (43) housed in a first housing (41) on one side and a moving piece (44) housed in a second housing (42) on the other side with an elastic body (48) interposed therein such that the pieces are opposed to each other, and interlocked with a joint part (25) formed on a rebar (23) of the form tie (21) and a joint part (35) formed at one end of the anchor (30) at the same time; and a reinforcement member mounted on the coupler (40) to cause an increase or decrease in interlocking strength. Accordingly, since the anchor device can be constructed in a state in which the device is conveniently connected with a mold for the purpose of closely supporting an inspection platform placed on a coping of a bridge pier constituting a concrete bridge, the present invention can have an effect of improving productivity and reducing accidents.
본 발명은 콘크리트 교각의 코핑에 설치되어 점검대(15)를 고정하기 위한 앵커 기구에 있어서: 상기 코핑을 생성하기 위한 거푸집(20)에 연결되는 폼타이(21)와 동일한 규격을 일단에 구비하고, 상기 점검대(15)에 연결 가능한 숫나선부(31) 또는 암나선부(33)를 타단에 구비하는 앵커(30); 일측의 제1하우징(41)에 수용되는 고정편(43)과 타측의 제2하우징(42)에 탄성체(48)를 개재하여 수용되는 가동편(44)을 대향하도록 구비하고, 상기 폼타이(21)의 철근(23)에 형성되는 마디부(25)와 상기 앵커(30)의 일단에 형성되는 마디부(35)에 동시에 맞물리는 커플러(40); 및 상기 커플러(40)에 탑재되어 맞물림 세기의 증감을 유발하는 보강부재;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 콘크리트 교량을 구성하는 교각의 코핑에 배치되는 점검대를 긴밀하게 지지하는 용도로서 거푸집과 간편하게 연결된 상태로 시공 가능하여 생산성 향상과 안전사고 감소를 도모하는 효과가 있다.
Anchor device for concrete bridge pier copping
The present invention relates to an anchor device installed on a coping of a concrete bridge pier to fix an inspection platform (15). The anchor device includes: an anchor (30) having the same standardized unit as a form tie (21) connected to a mold (20) for creating the coping, and having a male spiral part (31) or a female spiral part (33) provided at the other end to be connected to the inspection platform; a coupler (40) having a fixing piece (43) housed in a first housing (41) on one side and a moving piece (44) housed in a second housing (42) on the other side with an elastic body (48) interposed therein such that the pieces are opposed to each other, and interlocked with a joint part (25) formed on a rebar (23) of the form tie (21) and a joint part (35) formed at one end of the anchor (30) at the same time; and a reinforcement member mounted on the coupler (40) to cause an increase or decrease in interlocking strength. Accordingly, since the anchor device can be constructed in a state in which the device is conveniently connected with a mold for the purpose of closely supporting an inspection platform placed on a coping of a bridge pier constituting a concrete bridge, the present invention can have an effect of improving productivity and reducing accidents.
