The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing aggregate using an incinerated flooring material. More specifically, by oxidizing and hydrating metals such as iron and aluminum contained in an incinerated flooring material in advance and hydrating metal oxide, it is possible to prevent a volume from expanding by reacting with water or oxygen in the air when the same is used as an aggregate. Thus, it is possible to prevent cracks in structures or buildings. Also, it is possible to accurately check a progress of a carbonation process. Moreover, the same can be safely recycled by adsorbing heavy metals contained in the incinerated flooring material so that the heavy metals do not leach out during recycling. The present invention for achieving the above-described purpose comprises: a sieving process for controlling the particle size of an incinerated flooring material; a water washing process for washing the incinerated flooring material whose particle size has been adjusted in a washing tank; and a carbonation process of injecting a carbon dioxide gas into the incinerated flooring material that has undergone the water washing process. In the water washing process, air of a set pressure is injected from the lower part of the washing tank to the inside.
본 발명은 소각 바닥재를 이용한 골재 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 소각 바닥재에 포함된 철, 알루미늄 등의 금속을 미리 산화, 수산화시키고 금속 산화물을 수산화시킴으로써, 골재로 활용할 때, 공기 중의 물이나 산소와 반응하여 부피가 팽창되는 것을 방지하여 구조물 또는 건물에 균열이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있으며 탄산화 과정의 진행 상황을 정확하게 확인할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 소각 바닥재에 포함된 중금속을 흡착하여 재활용시에 용출되지 않도록 하여 안전하게 재활용할 수 있는 소각 바닥재를 이용한 골재 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 소각 바닥재의 입도를 조절하는 체분리 공정과, 입도를 조절한 소각 바닥재를 세척조에서 세척하는 수세 공정과, 상기 수세 공정을 거친 소각 바닥재에 탄산가스를 주입하는 탄산화 공정으로 이루어지는 것고, 상기 수세 공정에서는 세척조의 하부로부터 설정된 압력의 공기를 내부로 분사하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
