OLD UNDERGROUND BURIED PIPE REPLACEMENT DEVICE
Disclosed is an old underground buried pipe replacement device, which can significantly rapidly and easily replace an oil pipe by a new pipe without road excavation work for replacing the oil pipe. The old underground buried pipe replacement device can comprise: an oil pipe crushing unit inserted into the inside of the oil pipe buried in the ground between a propulsion hole and a manhole adjacent to each other to receive propulsion force from an excavator to proceed toward the manhole and expand the oil pipe to be crushed; and a plurality of new pipe mounting units sequentially connected while the new pipe is mounted between the oil pipe crushing unit and the excavator to transmit the propulsion force generated from the excavator to the oil pipe crushing unit to allow the oil pipe crushing unit to proceed along the oil pipe and connect the new pipes to the inside of the crushed oil pipe in a line.
노후관을 교체하기 위한 도로 개착 작업 없이 매우 신속하고 용이하게 노후관을 신형관으로 교체할 수 있도록 하는 노후 지중 매설관 교체장치가 개시된다. 상기 노후 지중 매설관 교체장치는 서로 이웃하는 추진구와 맨홀 사이의 지중에 매설되어 있는 노후관 내부로 추진구를 통해 삽입되어 굴진기로부터 추진력을 전달받아 맨홀 방향으로 전진하면서 노후관을 확장시키면서 파쇄하는 노후관 파쇄유닛 및, 상기 노후관 파쇄유닛과 굴진기 사이에 신형관을 탑재한 상태로 복수개가 순차적으로 연결되면서 상기 굴진기로부터 발생되는 추진력을 상기 노후관 파쇄유닛으로 전달하여 상기 노후관 파쇄유닛을 노후관을 따라 전진시키면서 복수개의 신형관을 파쇄된 노후관 내측에 일렬로 연결시키는 신형관 탑재유닛을 포함할 수 있다.
