The present invention relates to a safety evacuation ladder device capable of preventing fire from spreading to another floor through an evacuation hole in the event of a fire. According to the present invention, the safety evacuation ladder device comprises: a frame box (10) coupled to the evacuation hole of the ceiling slab (S1) of a building; an upper cover (20) hinged to open and close an upper portion of the frame box (10); a lower cover (30) hinged to open and close a lower portion of the frame box (10); a link assembly (40) in which the upper cover (20) and the lower cover (30) open or close the frame box (10) at the same time; and a folding ladder (50) having one end supported in the frame box (10), folded to be embedded in the frame box (10), and when the upper cover (20) and the lower cover (30) open the frame box (10), spreading out toward the floor slab (S2).
본 발명은 안전 대피 사다리 장치에 관한 것으로서, 건물의 천정슬라브(S1)의 대피홀에 결합되는 테두리박스(10)와; 테두리박스(10)의 상부를 개폐하도록 힌지연결된 상부덮개(20)와; 테두리박스(10)의 하부를 개폐하도록 힌지연결된 하부덮개(30)와; 상부덮개(20)와 하부덮개(30)가 테두리박스(10)를 동시에 개방하거나 폐쇄시키는 링크조립체(40)와; 테두리박스(10)에 일단이 지지되어 테두리박스(10)에 내장되게 접혀져 있다가, 상부덮개(20) 및 하부덮개(30)가 테두리박스(10)를 개방할 때 바닥슬라브(S2) 측으로 펼쳐져 늘어지는 폴딩사다리(50);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
