Frame assembly for window frames of double insulation
The present invention relates to a frame assembly for a window frame with double insulation, in which, in placing a first insulation member and a second insulation member in a double structure between an inner frame and an outer frame, the first insulation member is engaged with the inner frame by being configured by a polyamide (PA) insertion method, and the second insulation member is engaged with the part between the outer frame and the first insulation member by being configured with foaming polystyrene (PS). Accordingly, the insulation performance is enhanced and the manufacturing process is shortened at the same time, thereby improving productivity. According to the present invention, in the frame assembly for the window frame with the double insulation, which has the first and the second insulation members placed between the inner frame and the outer frame of the aluminum (AL) materials, the first insulation member is engaged by inserting one side into the inner frame by extruding and forming polyamide (PA). The second insulation member is engaged by inserting one side into the first insulation member and by inserting the other side into the outer frame by extruding and forming foaming polystyrene (PS).
본 발명은 내측 및 외측프레임 사이에 제1 및 제2 단열부재를 이중으로 배치함에 있어, 제1 단열부재는 폴리아미드(PA) 삽입방식으로 구성하여 내측프레임에 결합하고, 제2 단열부재는 발포성 폴리스틸렌(PS)으로 구성하여 외측프레임과 제1 단열부재 사이에 끼워맞춤식으로 결합함으로써, 단열성능을 더욱 향상시킴과 동시에 제조공정을 단축시켜 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 이중단열 창틀용 프레임조립체를 제공한다. 본 발명은 알루미늄(AL)재의 내측프레임과 외측프레임 사이에 제1 및 제2 단열부재를 배치하여 결합시킨 이중단열 창틀용 프레임 조립체에 있어서, 상기 제1 단열부재는 폴리아미드(PA)를 압출성형하여 일측을 상기 내측프레임에 삽입방식으로 결합하고, 상기 제2 단열부재는 발포성 폴리스틸렌(PS)으로 압출성형하여 일측은 제1 단열부재와 끼워맞춤방식으로 결합하고 타측은 외측프레임과 끼워맞춤방식으로 결합하여 이루어진 것이다.
