INTEGRATED CONNECTOR FOR SCAFFOLD WITH IMPROVED CONVENIENCE
An integrated connector for a scaffold with improved convenience according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cover panel assembly unit including an upward assembly groove provided in a longitudinal direction so as to allow an upper cover panel to be inserted for the assembly with the integrated connector for a scaffold, and a lower assembly groove provided in a longitudinal direction so as to allow a lower cover panel to be inserted for the assembly with the integrated connector for a scaffold; a foothold assembly unit including a foothold fixating unit at which an upward projection unit is provided to be assembled with a screw hole of a scaffold foothold, and a foothold safety device unit which is spaced apart by a predetermined interval from the cover panel assembly unit while existing in a parallel longitudinal direction; and a scaffolding rod assembly unit which is located at the lower portion of the foothold assembly unit, and of which the inner side surface forms a curved surface to fixedly come in contact with the circumference of one portion of the scaffolding rod in a longitudinal direction such that the scaffolding rod may be fixated in an inserted manner. Here, provided is the integrated connector for a scaffold, wherein the integrated connector for a scaffold has the cover panel assembly unit, the foothold assembly unit and the scaffolding rod assembly unit in an integrated manner, whereas, at the lower portion of the integrated connector for a scaffold, the lower cover panel assembly unit and the lower scaffolding rod assembly unit are formed in an integrated manner.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 편의성이 향상된 비계용 일체형 연결구에 있어서, 상부 가림판이 상기 비계용 일체형 연결구와의 조립을 위해 끼워질 수 있도록 하는 길이 방향의 상방향 조립홈 및 하부 가림판이 상기 비계용 일체형 연결구와의 조립을 위해 끼워질 수 있도록 하는 길이 방향의 하방향 조립홈을 포함하는 가림판 조립부; 비계 발판의 나사 홀과 조립되는 상방향 돌출부가 존재하는 발판 고정부 및 상기 가림판 조립부와 소정의 이격 거리를 가지며 평행한 길이 방향으로 존재하는 발판 안전 장치부를 포함하는 발판 조립부; 및 상기 발판 조립부의 하부에 위치하며, 내측면이 길이 방향으로 비계봉의 일부 둘레와 맞닿아 고정될 수 있도록 곡면을 이루고 있어, 비계봉이 끼움 형태로 고정될 수 있도록 하는 비계봉 조립부를 포함하며, 상기 비계용 일체형 연결구는 상기 가림판 조립부, 상기 발판 조립부 및 상기 비계봉 조립부가 일체형으로 되어 있는 것으로 하고, 상기 비계용 일체형 연결구의 하부는 상기 하부 가림판 조립부 및 하부 비계봉 조립부가 일체형으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 비계용 일체형 연결구가 제공된다.
INTEGRATED CONNECTOR FOR SCAFFOLD WITH IMPROVED CONVENIENCE
An integrated connector for a scaffold with improved convenience according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cover panel assembly unit including an upward assembly groove provided in a longitudinal direction so as to allow an upper cover panel to be inserted for the assembly with the integrated connector for a scaffold, and a lower assembly groove provided in a longitudinal direction so as to allow a lower cover panel to be inserted for the assembly with the integrated connector for a scaffold; a foothold assembly unit including a foothold fixating unit at which an upward projection unit is provided to be assembled with a screw hole of a scaffold foothold, and a foothold safety device unit which is spaced apart by a predetermined interval from the cover panel assembly unit while existing in a parallel longitudinal direction; and a scaffolding rod assembly unit which is located at the lower portion of the foothold assembly unit, and of which the inner side surface forms a curved surface to fixedly come in contact with the circumference of one portion of the scaffolding rod in a longitudinal direction such that the scaffolding rod may be fixated in an inserted manner. Here, provided is the integrated connector for a scaffold, wherein the integrated connector for a scaffold has the cover panel assembly unit, the foothold assembly unit and the scaffolding rod assembly unit in an integrated manner, whereas, at the lower portion of the integrated connector for a scaffold, the lower cover panel assembly unit and the lower scaffolding rod assembly unit are formed in an integrated manner.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 편의성이 향상된 비계용 일체형 연결구에 있어서, 상부 가림판이 상기 비계용 일체형 연결구와의 조립을 위해 끼워질 수 있도록 하는 길이 방향의 상방향 조립홈 및 하부 가림판이 상기 비계용 일체형 연결구와의 조립을 위해 끼워질 수 있도록 하는 길이 방향의 하방향 조립홈을 포함하는 가림판 조립부; 비계 발판의 나사 홀과 조립되는 상방향 돌출부가 존재하는 발판 고정부 및 상기 가림판 조립부와 소정의 이격 거리를 가지며 평행한 길이 방향으로 존재하는 발판 안전 장치부를 포함하는 발판 조립부; 및 상기 발판 조립부의 하부에 위치하며, 내측면이 길이 방향으로 비계봉의 일부 둘레와 맞닿아 고정될 수 있도록 곡면을 이루고 있어, 비계봉이 끼움 형태로 고정될 수 있도록 하는 비계봉 조립부를 포함하며, 상기 비계용 일체형 연결구는 상기 가림판 조립부, 상기 발판 조립부 및 상기 비계봉 조립부가 일체형으로 되어 있는 것으로 하고, 상기 비계용 일체형 연결구의 하부는 상기 하부 가림판 조립부 및 하부 비계봉 조립부가 일체형으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 비계용 일체형 연결구가 제공된다.
