A door assembly of a parking structure including a stopper unit according to the present invention comprises: a door unit provided at an entrance of a parking structure wherein a vehicle is parked, and selectively opening/closing the entrance of the parking structure; and a stopper unit provided inside the entrance of the parking structure, and including a blocking member having a predetermined height to block a vehicle from proceeding when a speed is below a preset speed as the door unit is selectively lowered in an open state and located at a lower end of a movement path of the vehicle. Therefore, the present invention is capable of having an advantage of effectively preventing an occurrence of a falling accident.
본 발명에 따른 스토퍼유닛을 포함하는 주차구조물의 도어 어셈블리는, 내부에 차량이 주차되는 주차구조물의 입구에 구비되어, 상기 주차구조물의 입구를 선택적으로 개폐하는 도어유닛 및 상기 주차구조물의 입구 내측에 구비되며, 상기 도어유닛이 개방된 상태에서 선택적으로 하향되어 차량의 이동경로 하단부에 위치됨에 따라, 차량이 기 설정된 속도 이하일 경우 진행하는 것을 차단하도록 소정 높이를 가지는 차단부재를 포함하는 스토퍼유닛을 포함한다.

A door assembly of a parking structure including a stopper unit according to the present invention comprises: a door unit provided at an entrance of a parking structure wherein a vehicle is parked, and selectively opening/closing the entrance of the parking structure; and a stopper unit provided inside the entrance of the parking structure, and including a blocking member having a predetermined height to block a vehicle from proceeding when a speed is below a preset speed as the door unit is selectively lowered in an open state and located at a lower end of a movement path of the vehicle.
