A construction method of a building having an intermediate floor on each floor according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first step of constructing a space between each of first, second, and third formworks (10, 20, 30) to pass through each other; and a seventh step of pouring and hardening concrete into the pair of first and fifth formworks (10, 50) to form an upper layer (3). The present invention makes it possible to reduce working time, labor and cost.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 각층에 중간층이 있는 건물의 시공 방법은,하층(1)의 위에, 주 벽체(2) 형성을 위한 한 쌍의 제1 거푸집(10)과 부 벽체(4) 형성을 위한 한 쌍의 제2 거푸집(20)과 출입구(5) 형성을 위한 한 쌍의 제3 거푸집(30)을 설치하되, 각 제1, 2, 3 거푸집(10, 20, 30)의 사이 공간이 서로 통하도록 시공하는 제1 단계;각 쌍의 제1, 2, 3 거푸집(10, 20, 30) 내부에 콘크리트를 붓고 굳혀 주 벽체(2), 부 벽체(4), 출입구(5)를 시공하는 제2 단계;부 벽체(4)의 위에 중간층(6)을 형성하기 위하여, 한 쌍의 제2 거푸집(20) 중에 안쪽에 위치한 제2 거푸집(20)의 위쪽에 연결되고, 한 쌍의 제1 거푸집(10) 중에 제2 거푸집(20)과 연결되는 쪽의 제1 거푸집(10)에 연결되도록 제4 거푸집(40)을 시공하는 제3 단계;한 쌍의 제1 거푸집(10)을 상측으로 연장하여 시공하고, 한 쌍의 제2 거푸집(20) 중에 바깥쪽에 배치된 제2 거푸집(20)을 상측으로 연장하여 시공하며, 제4 거푸집(40)의 상부와 한 쌍의 제1 거푸집(10) 사이 공간이 서로 통하도록 한 쌍의 제1 거푸집(10)의 일부에 통로(12)를 형성하는 제4 단계;제4 단계의 한 쌍의 제1 거푸집(10)과 제4 거푸집(40)에 콘크리트를 붓고 굳혀 주 벽체(2)와 중간층(6)을 시공하는 제5 단계;제5 단계의 상기 한 쌍의 제1 거푸집(10)을 상측으로 연장하여 시공하고, 상측으로 연결된 제1 거푸집(10)에 연결되도록 상층(3)을 위한 제5 거푸집(50)을 시공하는 제6 단계; 및한 쌍의 제1 거푸집(10)과 제5 거푸집(50)에 콘크리트를 붓고 굳혀 상층(3)을 형성하는 제7 단계를 포함한다.
