INJECTION APPARATUS OF EXPANSION TYPE CRUSHING MATERIAL AND ROCK EXCAVATION METHOD USING EXPANSION TYPE CRUSHING MATERIAL AND CRUSHER
The present invention relates to an apparatus for injecting an expandable crushing material and a rock excavation method using an expandable crushing material and a crusher. The purpose of the present invention is to easily inject a flowable crushing material into a crushing material filling hole, and to use an expandable crushing material and a crusher when excavating rock, thereby being capable of excavating rock with little vibration and noise. To achieve the purposes, the apparatus for injecting an expandable crushing material comprises: a mixer (40) for mixing a crushing material in a powder state with water; a cylindrical rubber cap (10) inserted into the inlet of a crushing material filling hole (h); a crushing material injection gun (20) coupled to the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical rubber cap (10); a crushing material transfer pipe (30) inserted into the crushing material injection gun (20) to supply a flowable crushing material; a tube pump (50) provided in the crushing material transfer pipe (30) line to inject the crushing material; and a crushing material circulation transfer pipe (30a) for filling the crushing material filling hole (h) with the crushing material and circulating extra crushing material to the mixer (40).
본 발명은 팽창성 파쇄재 주입장치 및 팽창성 파쇄재와 파쇄기를 이용한 암반 굴착공법에 관한 것으로서, 유동성 파쇄재를 파쇄재 충전공에 간편하게 주입할 수 있고, 암반 굴착시 팽창성 파쇄재와 파쇄기를 병용하여 사용함으로써, 진동과 소음이 거의 없이 암반을 파쇄할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 파쇄재 주입장치는, 분말상태의 파쇄재와 물을 혼합하기 위한 믹서(40)와, 상기 파쇄재 충전공(h)의 입구부에 삽입되는 원통형의 고무 캡(10)과, 상기 원통형 고무 캡(10)의 내주면에 결합되는 파쇄재 주입건(20)과, 상기 파쇄재 주입건(20)의 내부에 삽입되어, 유동성의 파쇄재를 공급하기 위한 파쇄재 이송관(30)과, 상기 파쇄재 이송관(30) 라인에 구비되어 파쇄재를 주입하기 위한 튜브 펌프(50)와, 파쇄재 충전공(h)에 파쇄재를 채운 후 여분의 파쇄재를 상기 믹서(40)로 순환시키기 위한 파쇄재 순환이송관(30a)을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
