본 발명은 유니버셜 조인트 구조를 적용함으로써 2개의 철근이 엇각으로 배치되어 있더라도 유동없이 견고하게 연결-고정될 수 있도록 하고, 연결-고정된 이후 외력 등에 의해 철근의 위치나 배치각도에 변화가 발생하더라도 응력집중이나 변형없이 이를 수용할 수 있어 철근 연결-고정 안정성을 증대시킬 수 있도록 하는 철근 유동방지형 유니버셜 커플러를 제공한다.
