The present invention relates to a floor-type pedestrian traffic light, which has an effect of preventing damage and condensation of a traffic light caused by expanded air and imparting economic feasibility by extending a replacement period by reducing a first space for accommodating the overheated expanded air and discharging and blocking the air through the contraction and expansion of a soft ball provided inside an air accommodating chamber. The floor type pedestrian traffic light of the present invention uses a heat-resistant heat transfer member to block water penetration and water flow, thereby reducing malfunctions of the traffic light and preventing overheating. In addition, by removing the bracket member supporting the separate PCB panel, the convenience of assembly is provided, and a corrosion surface is formed on the entire upper surface of the first space to promote safe walking and safe operation.
본 발명은 바닥형 보행 신호등에 관한 것이다. 상부 하우징과 하부 하우징이 수개의 볼트로서 기밀하게 조립된 바닥형 보행 신호등의 내부에 마련된 LED 및 PCB 패널로부터 발생하는 열과 외부 열로부터 발생하는 과열된 팽창공기를 수용하는 제 1 공간부를 대폭 축소하고 제 1 공간부로부터 팽창된 공기를 공기수용실 내부에 마련되어 수축 및 팽창하는 설질을 갖는 연질성 볼의 수축 및 팽창을 통해 외부로 배출 및 차단시키는 것으로서 팽창공기에 따른 바닥형 신호등의 취약한 부분의 변형에 따른 파손을 방지하는 것으로서 습기를 차단하여 결로를 방지는 효과와 더불어 파손에 따른 교체시기를 연장하는 것으로서 경제성을 부여하는 효과가 있다. 본 발명은 PCB 패널 상면에 식재된 다수의 LED의 상부 조사면을 제외한 나머지 모든 부분과, 하부 하우징의 내열성 열전도부재 수용공간에 도포되어 PCB 패널 및 LED로부터 발산되는 열을 외부로 신속하게 전달하는 내열성 열전달부재에 의해 커넥트를 통한 수분침투 및 하나의 바닥형 보행 신호 등의 양측에 인접하여 연결된 다른 바닥형 보행 신호등으로 수분이 흘러드는 것을 차단하여 수분으로 인한 바닥형 보행 신호등의 고장을 줄이는 것과 아울러 열을 하부면이 지면과 접촉되는 하부 하우징으로 통해 방출하여 과열을 방지하는 효과가 있다. 그리고 제 2 외벽의 내부에서 경사지게 형성한 경사바닥면에 PCB 패널을 지지하는 수개의 지지보스를 설치하는 것으로서 별도의 PCB 패널을 지지하는 브래킷 부재를 제거하여 조립의 편리성을 부여하고, 상부 하우징의 제 1 공간부 상면 전체에 부식면을 형성하여 빛의 산란을 방지하여 보행자의 안전보행과 운전자의 안전운전을 도모하는 효과를 제공한다.
