A method for constructing prefabricated blocks for a retaining wall comprises the steps of: forming a cut slope; forming a construction site on a base to install a block body; pouring concrete to form a foundation concrete layer on the construction site to support the block body; burying a plurality of fixing bolts at predetermined intervals in the foundation concrete layer; and fixing the fastening member of the block body and the fixing bolts by a connecting member to have a supporting force against the external force applied to a retaining wall structure. The fixing includes: hanging a hook formed at one end of the connecting member on the fastening member; and inserting the fixing bolts into fixing holes formed in the other end of the connecting member and fixing the block body. A step of completing the retaining wall structure by stacking the block body vertically and horizontally includes inclining the retaining wall structure at an angle of 5 degrees with respect to the foundation concrete layer in the direction of the cut slope. The stacking includes stacking the block body vertically and horizontally. The difference between the height (H1) of a left side of the block body and the height (H2) of a right side thereof is 5 mm, where H1 < H2.
