The present invention provides an exterior wall painting facility having a maintenance function of a high-rise building. The exterior wall painting facility having a maintenance function of a high-rise building comprises: a main body unit formed in a rectangular shape and having an opening; a lifting unit coupled to both sides of the main body in a rail manner and lifting the main body unit; a maintenance material supply unit installed in the main body unit and applying a maintenance material to cover the opening; and a painting unit disposed along an edge of the main body unit and painting paint in a peripheral area along the edge of an area covered by the maintenance material. Moreover, the present invention provides a painting method using the exterior wall painting facility.
본 발명은 고층 건물의 보양기능을 갖는 외벽 도장 설비를 제공한다. 상기 고층 건물의 보양기능을 갖는 외벽 도장 설비는 사각 형상으로 형성되어 개구가 형성되는 본체부; 상기 본체부의 양측부에 레일 방식으로 결합되며, 상기 본체부를 승강시키는 승강부; 상기 본체부에 설치되며, 상기 개구를 커버하도록 보양재를 푸는 보양재 공급부; 상기 본체부의 테두리를 따라 배치되며, 상기 보양재로 커버된 영역의 테두리를 따르는 주변 영역에 페인트를 도장하는 도장부;를 포함한다. 또한 본 발명은 상기의 외벽 도장 설비를 사용한 도장 공법도 제공한다.
