The present invention relates to a waterproof polyurea composition having excellent heat shielding performance and a waterproofing method using the same, and more specifically, to a waterproof polyurea composition having excellent heat shielding performance and a waterproofing method using the same, wherein the waterproof polyurea composition includes: a primer formed on a bottom surface to be coated; a first agent as a main agent including a prepolymer containing isocyanate at a terminal produced by a reaction of a polyol and the isocyanate, polyvinyl alcohol, and a heat shielding material; and a second agent as a curing agent including polyols, amine derivatives, pigments, defoamers, moisture absorbents and catalysts. The heat shielding material is a silicate heat shielding composite material containing a surface-modified titanium dioxide.
본 발명은 차열성능이 우수한 방수용 폴리우레아 조성물 및 이를 이용한 방수 공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 코팅대상 바닥면에 형성된 프라이머; 폴리올과 이소시아네이트가 반응하여 생성된 말단에 이소시아네이트를 포함하는 프리폴리머, 폴리비닐알코올 및 차열소재를 포함하는 주제로서의 제1제; 및 폴리올, 아민유도체, 안료, 소포제, 수분흡수제 및 촉매가 포함된 경화제로서의 제2제;를 포함하고, 상기 차열소재는 표면 개질된 이산화티탄을 함유하는 실리케이트 차열 복합 소재인 것을 특징으로 하는 차열성능이 우수한 방수용 폴리우레아 조성물 및 이를 이용한 방수 공법에 관한 것이다.
