The present invention relates to a deck road system and, more specifically, to a deck road system which has a large number of deck panels installed, and on which pedestrians can walk. In accordance with the present invention, the deck road system comprises: a support member of which a lower end comes in contact with the ground surface to be supported; a support rail engaged with an upper side of the support member; a deck panel placed horizontally on an upper side of the support rail; and a clip member which connects the deck panels near each other to each other, and fixes the deck panels on the support rail. An insertion groove is formed on a side surface of the deck panels. An interval is formed between the deck panels adjacent to each other. The clip member includes: a rail fastening unit engaged with the support rail; a deck insertion unit formed on an upper side of the rail fastening unit toward opposite sides to be inserted into the insertion groove of the deck panels; and a hanging bump unit of which opposite sides are incised to be elastically transformed upward/downward on the deck insertion unit. The distance between an upper end of the hanging bump unit and a lower end of the deck insertion unit is longer than the height of the insertion groove. When the deck insertion unit and the hanging bump unit are inserted into the insertion groove, the hanging bump unit bends upward/downward to be inserted.
본 발명은 데크로드 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 특히 다수개의 데크패널이 설치되어 그 위로 보행자가 이동할 수 있는 데크로드 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 데크로드 시스템은, 하단이 지면에 접하여 지지되는 받침부재와; 상기 받침부재의 상부에 결합된 지지레일과; 상기 지지레일의 상부에 수평방향으로 배치되는 데크패널과; 이웃하게 배치되는 상기 데크패널들을 서로 연결하면서 상기 데크패널을 상기 지지레일에 고정 결합시키는 클립부재;를 포함하여 이루어진 데크로드 시스템에 있어서, 상기 데크패널의 측면에는 삽입홈이 형성되고, 이웃하게 배치된 상기 데크패널 상호간에는 간극이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 클립부재는, 상기 지지레일에 결합되는 레일체결부와; 상기 레일체결부의 상부에서 양측방향으로 형성되어 상기 데크패널의 삽입홈에 삽입되는 데크끼움부와; 상기 데크끼움부에서 상하방향으로 탄성 변형되도록 양측이 절개되어 형성된 걸림돌기부;를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 걸림돌기부의 상단과 상기 데크끼움부의 하단 간의 거리는, 상기 삽입홈의 높이보다 크고, 상기 데크끼움부 및 걸림돌기부를 상기 삽입홈에 삽입하였을 때, 상기 걸림돌기부는 상하방향으로 휘어지면서 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a deck road system and, more specifically, to a deck road system which has a large number of deck panels installed, and on which pedestrians can walk.
