The present invention relates to a supporting apparatus for installing a solar cell, which comprises: a supporting part which is inserted into an installation hole formed in the roof of a building; an upper waterproofing part disposed between an upper head of the supporting part and an upper surface of the roof; and a lower waterproofing part disposed between a lower head of the supporting part and a lower surface of the roof. The supporting part includes: support bodies respectively coupled to the upper head and the lower head and inserted into the installation hole; an injection hole formed in the support body to inject a waterproofing liquid into the support body; and a connection hole formed in the support body to communicate with the injection hole so as to inject the waterproofing liquid injected through the injection hole into at least one of an upper space disposed between an inner surface of the upper waterproofing part and the upper surface of the roof, a lower space disposed between an inner surface of the lower waterproofing part and the lower surface of the roof, and the installation hole. Therefore, the present invention can support the solar cell installed on the roof of the building and implement waterproofing performance on the roof of the building.
