Adhesive prefab Brick Assembly for Construction
The present invention relates to an adhesive prefabricated brick assembly for construction. More specifically, hexahedral bricks are laid vertically and laterally by up and down and left and right by an assembling jig. The assembling jig has upper and lower coupling grooves formed on upper and lower parts thereof in a longitudinal direction, and bricks are coupled to the assembling jig, combined, and laid. Alternatively, the assembling jig is formed as upper and lower assembling protrusions and a connecting rod for connecting the upper and lower assembling protrusions, and is coupled so that the upper and lower assembling protrusions are inserted into the upper and lower coupling holes of the bricks positioned on upper and lower parts of the bricks. Even non-professionals can easily lay the bricks while aligning the rows of top, bottom, left, and right bricks well. A number of bricks can be firmly laid while being supported at one time, and thus construction workability and robustness can be greatly improved.
본 발명은 접착형 건축용 조립식 벽돌 조립체에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 육면체 형태의 벽돌을 조립 지그에 의해 상하 및 좌우로 조적 시공하되; 상기 조립 지그는 상,하부에 길이 방향을 따라 상,하 결합홈을 형성하여 벽돌을 삽입하도록 결합하여 조적하거나; 상,하 조립 돌기와 상기 상,하 조립 돌기를 연결하는 연결봉 형태로 형성하여 벽돌의 좌우 연결공에 연결봉을 삽입하고, 상기 벽돌의 상,하부에 위치하는 벽돌의 상하 조립공에 상,하 조립 돌기를 삽입하는 형태로 결합하여 조적하면서 비 전문가도 상하 좌우 벽돌의 줄을 잘 맞추면서 간단히 조적 시공하게 함은 물론 여러개의 벽돌을 한번에 지지하면서 견고하게 조적하도록 하므로 시공 작업성, 견고성을 크게 향상시키도록 하는데 그 특징이 있다.
