Manhole with elastic locking and locking structure
The present invention relates to a manhole with an elastic locking and engagement locking structure. More specifically, the present invention provides a manhole including: a manhole frame in which a catching step and a seating recess are formed on the inner surface; and a manhole lid inserted in the manhole frame. An elastic locking device is arranged in the manhole lid. The elastic locking device includes: an actuating housing in which an actuator is formed and a coupling hole is formed at one side; an actuating head disposed within the actuating housing and having a front surface on which a seating protrusion is formed so as to be inserted into the seating recess and a rear surface on which an actuating shaft is formed so as to penetrate the coupling hole; an elastic spring inserted around the actuating shaft; and a fixing nut coupled to an end portion of the actuating shaft. Therefore, the elastic locking device is arranged in the manhole such that the manhole lid is fixed to the manhole frame by elasticity to prevent separation or movement of the manhole lid due to an external force or a vibration and to prevent frictional noises. In addition, the engagement locking device is further arranged to fix the manhole lid by means of an engagement structure, thereby performing a dual locking operation to enhance locking efficiency and to prevent separation due to an external force or a vibration.
본 발명은 탄성잠금 및 물림잠금구조를 갖는 맨홀에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 내면에 걸림턱과 안착홈이 형성된 맨홀틀과, 상기 맨홀틀에 끼움되는 맨홀뚜껑으로 이루어지며, 상기 맨홀뚜껑에는 탄성잠금장치가 마련되고, 상기 탄성잠금장치는 작동구가 형성되고 일측에 체결공이 형성된 작동하우징과, 상기 작동하우징의 내부에 배치되고, 전면에 상기 안착홈에 끼움되도록 안착돌기가 형성되고, 후면에 상기 체결공에 관통되도록 작동샤프트가 형성된 작동헤드와, 상기 작동샤프트에 끼움되는 탄성스프링과, 상기 작동샤프트의 단부에 체결되는 고정너트로 이루어져, 맨홀에 탄성잠금장치를 마련하여, 맨홀뚜껑을 탄성에 의해 맨홀틀에 고정시켜, 외력이나 진동에 의해 맨홀뚜껑이 분리되거나 이동되는 것을 방지하고 마찰소음을 방지함과 아울러 물림잠금장치를 더 마련하여, 물림구조에 의해 맨홀뚜껑을 고정시키도록 함으로써, 이중으로 잠금되어 잠금효율이 향상되고 외력이나 진동에 의해 분리되는 것을 방지하는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a manhole with an elastic locking and engagement locking structure. More specifically, the present invention provides a manhole including: a manhole frame in which a catching step and a seating recess are formed on the inner surface; and a manhole lid inserted in the manhole frame. An elastic locking device is arranged in the manhole lid.
