In accordance with the present invention, provided is a system scaffold for inspecting the inside of a ball tank, capable of effectively performing inspection and repair work while moving by floor in a ball tank. The system includes: a core module (100) provided to form a longitudinal passage (110) by using a plurality of center vertical members (120) and center horizontal members (130) installed in the center of a ball tank (T) in a longitudinal direction; a side module (200) placed on multiple floors in a longitudinal direction of the core module (100), and forming a transverse passage (210) connecting the core module (100) with the inner circumference surface of the ball tank (T); and a stage module (300) supported by the side module (200) to be placed on multiple floors, and forming a work stage (310) in a circular shape along the inner circumference surface of the ball tank (T). Through the system scaffold for inspecting the inside of a ball tank, a scaffold can be modularized and standardized by part to have universality enabling flexible application to ball tanks of various standards with a minimum structure change, so that installation and dismantlement work can be quickly performed, and the transverse passage and the work stage area can be subdivided by floor to enable a plurality of workers dispatched at the same time to perform inspection and repair work.
본 발명은 볼탱크 내부에서 층별로 이동하며 검사 및 보수작업을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 볼탱크 내부 점검용 시스템 비계를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 볼탱크(T) 중심에 종방향으로 설치되는 복수의 센터 수직재(120)와 센터 수평재(130)를 이용하여 종형 통로(110)를 형성하도록 구비되는 코어모듈(100); 상기 코어모듈(100) 길이 방향으로 복층 배치되고, 코어모듈(100)과 볼탱크(T) 내주면 사이를 이어주는 횡형 통로(210)를 형성하는 사이드모듈(200); 및 상기 사이드모듈(200)에 의해 지지되어 복층으로 배치되고, 볼탱크(T) 내주면을 따라 원형으로 작업 스테이지(310)를 형성하는 스테이지모듈(300);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 볼탱크 내부 점검용 시스템 비계를 이용하면, 비계를 각 파트별로 모듈화하여 규격화시켜 최소의 구조변경으로 다양한 규격의 볼탱크에 유연하게 적용되는 범용성을 갖고, 설치 및 해체작업이 신속하게 이루어지며, 횡형 통로와 작업 스테이지 영역이 층별로 세분화되어 다수의 작업자가 동시 투입되어 검사와 보수작업을 복합적으로 수행할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
