All-in-one sink mounted food waste disposer
According to the present invention, in regard to a food waste disposer mounted in the bottom of a sink to primarily smash food waste produced from a kitchen through a smashing device part, and secondarily decompose the same with microorganisms through a microorganism decomposition part, provided is a food waste disposer mountable on an all-in-one sink, capable of reusing decomposition water discharged from the microorganism decomposition part with the smashing device part. In other words, the food waste disposer includes: a smashing device part (10) connected to a drain (2) of a sink (1); a microorganism decomposition part (20) connected to the smashing device part (10) to decompose smashed food waste with microorganisms; a perforated mesh (30) installed in the internal space of the microorganism decomposition part (20), and provided to filter and discharge microorganism-decomposed decomposition water to a lower part; and a water level detection part (40) provided above the microorganism decomposition part (20) to detect an internal water level to activate a notification module when the water level reaches a set water level.
본 발명은 싱크대 저면에 장착되어 주방에서 발생하는 음식물 쓰레기를 분쇄장치부에서 1차 분쇄하고, 이를 미생물분해부에서 2차로 미생물에 의해 분해시키는 처리기에 있어서, 미생물분해부에서 배출되는 분해수를 분쇄장치부로 다시 재사용 할 수 있는 일체형 싱크대 장착형 음식물 처리기를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 싱크대(1) 배수구(2)에 연결되는 분쇄장치부(10); 상기 분쇄장치부(10)에 연결되어, 음식물 찌꺼기기 분쇄물을 미생물 분해하는 미생물분해부(20); 상기 미생물분해부(20) 내부 공간에 설치되고, 미생물 분해된 분해수를 하부 여과 배출하도록 구비되는 타공망체(30); 및 상기 미생물분해부(20)의 상측에는 내부 수위를 검출하여 설정 수위에 도달하면 알림모듈을 활성화하도록 구비되는 수위검출부(40);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
