금속 복합 산화물 미립자는, 일반식 MCu2O2로 나타내고, 구리를 포함한다. M은, Sr 및 Ba 중 적어도 1개의 알칼리토류 금속이며, 입자 지름이 1 ~ 100nm이고, 또한 투명성을 가진다. M은, Mg 및 Ca 중 적어도 1개의 알칼리토류 금속을 더 포함해도 좋다. 이 금속 복합 산화물 미립자는, 투명성을 가지고, 또한 그 입도 분포폭이 좁고, 균일한 입경을 가지고, 1㎛ 이상의 조대 입자의 혼입이 거의 없는 입자 형상의 p형 무기 산화물 반도체의 미립자인 금속 복합 산화물 미립자를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 금속 복합 산화물 미립자의 제조방법은, 투명성을 가지는 입자 형상의 금속 복합 산화물 미립자를 용이하고 확실히 제조할 수 있다.
The metal complex oxide particles according to the present invention are represented by general formula MCu2O2 and include copper. M is at least one of the alkaline earth metals Sr and Ba, and the metal complex oxide particles have a particle size of 1 to 100 nm and are transparent. M may further include at least one of the alkaline earth metals Mg and Ca. These metal complex oxide particles are granular p-type inorganic oxide semiconductor particles which are transparent and have a narrow particle size distribution and a uniform particle size, with there being few coarse particles of 1 μm or greater. In addition, a method for producing the metal complex oxide particles according to the present invention can easily and reliably produce transparent granular metal complex oxide particles.
