The present invention relates to a fixed excavator equipped with an emergency escape means and, more specifically, to a fixed excavator equipped with an emergency escape means, which is installed in a recycling center to transport recycled materials loaded in a transporter such as a truck to a stacking area of the recycling center while placed above the ground to increase the use of space of the stacking area by making a height for stacking higher, and, in particular, enabling a worker to quickly escape in case of an emergency such as a fire, explosion or the like. To achieve the purpose, the present invention includes: a base part embedded in the ground; a ground support part connected with the base part, exposed on the ground, enabling an excavator body to be placed on the top thereof, and having a vehicle provided therein for a worker to enter the excavator body; a moving plate provided on the ground support part to provide a route for the worker to move to the excavator body; and an emergency escape means placed on the moving plate to provide an escape route for the worker in case of an emergency. The emergency escape means includes: a closed escape body having an accepting space formed therein; a cover combined with one side of the closed escape body to be separable; and a multi-stepped escape ladder placed in the accepting space and formed to be foldable and withdrawable.
본 발명은 비상탈출수단이 구비된 고정식 포크레인에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 재활용센터에 설치되어 트럭과 같은 이송장치에 실린 재활용품을 재활용센터의 적층구역으로 이동시키되 지면으로부터 상방에 배치되어 적층할 수 있는 높이를 높여 적층구역의 공간 활용도를 높이고, 특히 화재, 폭발과 같은 비상시 작업 중인 작업자가 신속하게 탈출할 수 있도록 한 비상탈출수단이 구비된 고정식 포크레인에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 본 발명은, 지중(地中)에 매립되는 기초부; 상기 기초부와 연결되며 지상으로 노출되며 상단에 포크레인 본체가 배치되고, 내부에 작업자가 상기 포크레인 본체로 출입하기 위한 이동수단이 구비된 지상 지지부; 상기 지상 지지부에 구비되어 작업자가 포크레인 본체으로 이동하는 경로를 제공하는 이동플레이트; 상기 이동플레이트에 배치되어 비상시 작업자의 탈출 경로를 제공하는 비상탈출수단;을 포함하며, 상기 비상탈출수단은, 내부에 수용공간이 형성된 탈출용 함체와, 상기 탈출용 함체의 일측에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 덮개와, 상기 수용공간에 배치되며 절첩 또는 인출 가능하게 구성된 다단식 탈출용 사다리를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
