MULTI-HEAD TYPE GRASS CUTTING EQUIPMENT USING ABRASIVE WATER JET
The present invention relates to a grass cutter using an abrasive water jet, which includes: a vehicle; a water tank mounted on a mounting portion of the vehicle and filled with water; an abrasive tank mounted on the mounting portion of the vehicle and filled with an abrasive; a multi-head mounting frame mounted on the front surface of the vehicle; height adjustment units installed in the multi-head mounting frame and generating an up-down drive force; multi-nozzle injection heads respectively connected to the height adjustment units, moving upward and downward along the height adjustment units, and provided with injection nozzles injecting a mixed liquid of the abrasive and the water; a high-pressure water multi-supply unit pressurizing the water in the water tank to a high pressure and supplying the water to each of the injection nozzles of the multi-nozzle injection heads; and an abrasive multi-supply unit supplying the abrasive in the abrasive tank to each of the injection nozzles of the multi-nozzle injection heads. According to the present invention, road shoulder weeds can be cut well and a neat weed cutting surface can be achieved. In addition, it is possible to remove weeds at an inclined road shoulder part and cut weeds on the back of a roadside facility.
본 발명은 연마재 워터젯 예초장비에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은, 차량; 상기 차량의 적재부에 장착되어 내부에 물이 채워지는 물탱크; 상기 차량의 적재부에 장착되어 내부에 연마재가 채워지는 연마재탱크; 상기 차량의 전면에 장착되는 멀티헤드장착프레임; 상기 멀티헤드장착프레임에 각각 설치되며, 상하 구동력을 발생시키는 높이조절유닛들; 상기 높이조절유닛들에 각각 연결되어 상기 높이조절유닛에 따라 상하로 움직이며, 각각 연마재와 물이 혼합된 혼합액이 분사되는 복수 개의 분사노즐들이 구비된 복수 개의 멀티노즐분사헤드들; 상기 물탱크의 물을 고압으로 가압하여 상기 멀티노즐분사헤드들의 각 분사노즐들에 공급하는 고압수멀티공급유닛; 상기 연마재탱크의 연마재를 상기 멀티노즐분사헤드들의 각 분사노즐에 공급하는 연마재멀티공급유닛;을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 도로의 갓길에 자라난 잡초들의 절단 능력이 우수하고 잡초들의 절단면이 깔끔하고, 또한 도로 갓길의 경사진 부분에 자라난 잡초들을 제거할 뿐만 아니라 도로가에 설치된 시설물의 뒷쪽에 자라란 잡초들도 예초할 수 있다.
