PRIMER COMPOSITION FOR IMPROVEMENT OF ADHESION BETWEEN WATERPROOFING SHEET BY SYNTHETIC RESIN AND WATERPROOFING MATERIAL AND COMPLEX WATERPROOFING METHOD TO CONCRETE CONSTRUCTIONS USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a primer composition for improving adhesion between a synthetic resin-based waterproof sheet and a coating film waterproof agent, and a composite waterproof construction method for concrete structure using same, the primer composition including: 100 parts by weight of an acrylic modified chlorinated polyolefin resin; 30-40 parts by weight of an aliphatic polyester-based polymeric carrier; 10-20 parts by weight of sorbiloxyalkylsilane; 12-18 parts by weight of octocinol; and 100-350 parts by weight of an organic solvent, wherein the aliphatic polyester polyester-based polymeric carrier, which includes isosobide and has an average diameter of 50-120 μm, and in which the average diameter of voids is 20-30 μm, is used, whereby the primer composition can provide not only adhesion between the synthetic resin-based waterproof sheet and polyurethane or polyurea coating film waterproof agent, but also coating film waterproof performance and durability performance.
본 발명은 아크릴 변성 염소화 폴리올레핀 수지 100 중량부, 지방족 폴리에스테르계 고분자 담체 30 내지 40 중량부, 소르빌옥시알킬실란 10 내지 20 중량부, 옥토시놀 12 내지 18 중량부 및 유기용매 100 내지 350 중량부를 포함하고; 상기 지방족 폴리에스테르계 고분자 담체는 아이소소바이드를 포함하는 것이고; 평균 직경이 50 내지 120 μm인 것이고; 공극의 평균 직경이 20 내지 30 μm인 것이고; 공극률이 80 내지 99%인 것을 사용함으로써; 합성수지계 방수시트와, 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리우레아 도막 방수재와의 접착성 및 상용성 뿐만아니라, 도막방수성능과 내구성능까지 제공할 수 있는 합성수지계 방수시트 및 도막 방수재의 접착력 개선용 프라이머 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 복합방수 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
