CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF REFRACTORY FOR LINING OF INDUCTION MELTING FURNACE AND REFRACTORY FOR LINING OF INDUCTION MELTING FURNACE CONSTRUCTED BY THE SAME
The present invention can provide refractories optimized in lining an induction melting furnace by ensuring excellent physical properties and mechanical properties. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a refractory molded product for lining an induction melting furnace, and a refractory molded product for lining an induction melting furnace, wherein the method is capable of reducing power cost and reducing working time and labor force because of shortened sintering time, thereby largely reducing manufacturing costs so as to increase economic feasibility. The method for manufacturing a refractory molded product for lining an induction melting furnace comprises: a composition mixing step of of mixing particle type aluminium oxide (Al2O3), particle type silicon oxide (SiO2) and powder type alumina cement so as to form a refractory mixture; a dough step of mixing water to the prepared refractory mixture and kneading same; a filling step of filling the kneaded refractory mixture in a mold; a drying step of drying the kneaded refractory mixture filled in the mold; and a molded product finishing step of heating a dry refractory mixture in the drying step, sintering same, and then cooling same so as to finish a refractory molded product.
본 발명은 뛰어난 물리적 성질 및 기계적 성질을 확보하여 유도 용해로의 라이닝에 최적화 된 내화물을 제공할 수 있으며, 소결 시간 단축에 따른 전력비용 감소와 작업 시간 및 노동력의 감소를 통해 제작비용을 크게 절감할 수 있어 경제성을 증대시킬 수 있는 유도 용해로 라이닝용 내화 성형물 제작 방법 및 이에 의해 제작된 유도 용해로 라이닝용 내화 성형물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 입자형의 산화알루미늄(Al2O3)과 입자형의 이산화규소(SiO2) 및 분말형 알루미나시멘트(alumina cement)를 혼합하여 내화 혼합물을 형성하는 조성물 혼합 단계; 상기 마련된 내화 혼합물에 물을 혼합하여 믹싱하여 반죽하는 도우(dough) 단계; 상기 반죽된 반죽 내화혼합물을 금형에 충진하는 충진 단계; 상기 금형에 충진된 반죽 내화혼합물을 건조시키는 건조 단계; 및 상기 건조 단계에서 건조된 건조 내화혼합물을 가열하고 소결한 후 냉각시켜 내화 성형물을 완성하는 성형물 완성 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도 용해로 라이닝용 내화 성형물 제작 방법이 제공된다.
