The present invention relates to a pallet-type parking facility using a center of gravity. The pallet-type parking facility using the center of the gravity of the present invention consists of a conveying device, which balances horizontally while a weight body moves horizontally in the opposite direction to the moving direction of a bogie so that an elevator does not become unbalanced when the bogie moves forward or backward in the elevator. Therefore, horizontal imbalance caused by a bias of the elevator is eliminated to prevent wire cut accidents and bogie fall accidents in advance, and height deviation between a floor of a multi-stories parking lot and the bogie is eliminated so that it is possible to induce easy vehicle entry into a parking space.

본 발명의 무게중심을 이용한 파레트형 주차설비는, 승강기에서 대차가 전진 또는 후진 이동될 때 승강기가 편중되지 않도록 중량체가 대차의 이동 방향과 반대 방향으로 수평 이동되면서 수평 균형을 잡아주는 이송장치로 이루어져 있기 때문에 승강기의 편중으로 인한 수평 불균형을 없애어 와이어의 절단사고 및 대차의 추락사고를 미연에 방지하고, 다층 주차실 바닥과 대차의 높이 편차를 없애어 주차실로 차량 출입이 용이하도록 유도할 수 있는 것임.
