Pre-trimming method for head of cast-in-place concrete pile
A method for treating a head of a cast-in-place concrete pile in accordance with the present invention comprises: a first step of removing soil within a casing while the casing is inserted underground and then placing steel bars in the inner space of the casing; a second step of drawing the casing to form the concrete pile while placing concrete into the inner space of the casing by inserting a tremie pipe into the inner space of the casing; a third step of inserting multiple steel plates into the head before the head formed at the upper part of the concrete pile is hardened; and a fourth step of, if hardening the head is completed, crushing and removing the head by striking the steel plates. The method for treating the head of the cast-in-place concrete pile in accordance with the present invention, if used, can remove the head of the concrete pile in spite of not using separate crushing equipment to save construction costs and to remarkably reduce labor force and time consumed in treating the head of the concrete pile.
본 발명에 의한 현장 타설 콘크리트말뚝의 두부정리방법은, 지중에 케이싱을 삽입하면서 상기 케이싱 내부의 토양을 제거한 후, 상기 케이싱의 내측 공간에 철근을 배치시키는 제1 단계; 상기 케이싱의 내측 공간에 트레미관을 삽입하여, 상기 케이싱의 내측 공간에 콘크리트를 타설하면서 상기 케이싱을 인발하여 콘크리트말뚝을 형성하는 제2 단계; 상기 콘크리트말뚝의 상부에 형성된 두부가 경화되기 이전에, 상기 두부의 내측으로 다수 개의 강판을 삽입하는 제3 단계; 상기 두부의 경화가 완료되면, 상기 강판을 타격하여 상기 두부를 파쇄하여 제거하는 제4 단계;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의한 현장 타설 콘크리트말뚝의 두부정리방법을 이용하면, 별도의 파쇄장비를 이용하지 아니하더라도 콘크리트말뚝의 두부를 제거할 수 있어 시공 비용을 절감할 수 있고, 콘크리트말뚝의 두부를 정리하는데 소요되는 노동력과 시간을 현저히 단축시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
