STEEL SLAG COMPACTION PILE EQUIPMENT
The present invention relates to a steel slag pile construction equipment which comprises: a driving operation equipment; a leader installed in a longitudinal direction on the driving operation equipment; a moving module moved along a longitudinal direction of the leader; a rotary module engaged with the moving module to be rotatable in a forward/backward direction, and moved as one body by the moving module; a casing installed on the rotary module to be parallel to the leader; and a hopper installed on an upper side of the casing to supply steel slag into the casing. As such, the present invention is able to inject steel slag into a punched hole formed on weak ground instead of industrial wastes such as sand and gravel, use the steel slag which is industrial wastes for constructing on the weak ground, increase the density of the weak ground, provide a firmer construction, and reduce the cost for handling the industrial wastes.
본 발명은 스틸슬래그 파일 시공 장비에 관한 것으로, 주행운전장비; 상기 주행운전장비에 종 방향으로 설치된 리더; 상기 리더에 길이 방향을 따라 이동되는 이동모듈; 상기 이동모듈에 전후 방향으로 회동 가능하게 결합되고, 상기 이동모듈에 의해 일체로 이동되는 회전모듈; 상기 회전모듈에 설치되고, 상기 리더와 평행하게 배치되는 케이싱; 및 상기 케이싱 상부에 설치되고, 상기 케이싱의 내부로 스틸슬래그를 공급하는 호퍼;를 포함한다. 이러한 구성으로, 연약지반에 형성된 천공 홀에 산업폐기물인 모래나 자갈을 대신하여 스틸슬래그를 주입함으로써, 연약지반 시공 시 산업폐기물인 스틸슬래그를 이용함에 따라 연약지반의 밀도를 높여 보다 견고한 시공을 제공하는 것은 물론, 산업폐기물의 처리 비용을 절감시킬 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
