Disclosed are a fire resistant panel capable of improving a fire resistance performance by forming a ceramic fiber layer on the surface of urethane used as a filler for fire resistant panels, and a manufacturing method thereof. The fire resistant panel according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a urethane layer; a ceramic fiber layer formed above and below the urethane layer; and a metal plate attached to the surface of the ceramic fiber layer.
내화판넬의 충진제로 사용되는 우레탄의 표면에 세라믹 섬유층을 형성하는 것으로 내화성능을 개선시킬 수 있는 내화판넬 및 그 제조방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 내화판넬은 우레탄층; 상기 우레탄 층의 상부 및 하부에 형성된 세라믹 섬유층; 및 상기 세라믹 섬유층의 표면에 부착된 금속판을 포함할 수 있다.
