AUTO FLUSH OUTSIDE DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLE
An auto flush outside door handle assembly is disclosed. The auto flush outside door handle assembly in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may comprise: ⅰ) a housing mounted on a handle mounting unit of a door outer panel in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and having a front side opened for a certain section in the width direction of the vehicle and a closed rear side; ii) a door handle body provided in the housing to protrude to the front side through an opened end of the front side or to be retractable to the rear side; iii) a guide plate provided detachable from and attachable to the rear side of the door handle body and hinge-coupled to one side of the door handle body; iv) a cam slider connected to an actuating rod that moves forward and backward in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle by driving a motor and coupled to the rear side of the housing to be slidable in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle; v) a first link member pivotally coupled to the housing through one end, link-coupled to one side of the guide plate through the other end and being in cam contact with the cam slider; vi) a second link member pivotally coupled to the housing through one end, link-coupled to the other side of the guide plate through the other end and being in cam contact with the cam slider; and ⅶ) a third link member link-coupled to the other side of the guide plate through one end and link-coupled to the other side of the door handle body through the other end. The present invention can prevent foreign materials from being introduced into a keyhole of the door lock assembly and can enhance the aesthetic appearance and driving performance.
오토 플러쉬 아웃사이드 도어 핸들 조립체가 개시된다. 개시된 본 발명의 예시적인 일 실시 예에 따른 오토 플러쉬 아웃사이드 도어 핸들 조립체는, ⅰ)도어 아웃터 패널의 핸들 장착부에 차량의 길이 방향을 따라 장착되며, 차량의 폭 방향을 따른 전방 측이 일정 구간 개방되고, 후방 측이 폐쇄된 하우징과, ⅱ)하우징에 전방 측의 개방 단을 통하여 전방 측으로 돌출 혹은 후방 측으로 수납 가능하게 구비되는 도어 핸들 본체와, ⅲ)도어 핸들 본체의 후방 측과 착탈 가능하게 구비되며, 도어 핸들 본체의 일측에 힌지 결합되는 가이드 플레이트와, ⅳ)모터의 구동으로서 차량의 길이 방향을 따라 전후진 작동하는 작동 로드와 연결되며, 하우징의 후방 측에 차량의 길이 방향을 따라 슬라이딩 가능하게 가능하게 결합되는 캠 슬라이더와, ⅴ)일 단부를 통해 하우징에 피봇 결합되고, 타 단부를 통해 가이드 플레이트의 일측에 링크 결합되며, 캠 슬라이더와 캠 접촉하는 제1 링크부재와, ⅵ)일 단부를 통해 하우징에 피봇 결합되고, 타 단부를 통해 가이드 플레이트의 타측에 링크 결합되며, 캠 슬라이더와 캠 접촉하는 제2 링크부재와, ⅶ)일 단부를 통해 가이드 플레이트의 타측에 링크 결합되며, 타 단부를 통해 도어 핸들 본체의 타측에 링크 결합되는 제3 링크부재를 포함할 수 있다.
