A Concrete Mortar Injection Device For Grouting
The present invention relates to a concrete mortar injection device for grouting. The concrete mortar injection device for grouting inserts a steel pipe casing into an excavation hole drilled by a screw auger (5) supported by a pulley (4) at an upper end of a leader by being guided by a guide (3) mounted on the leader (2) of a pile driver (1), and injects concrete mortar into the space between a precast column penetrating into the casing and the steel pipe casing. The device comprises: a supply portion (11) mounted on the side of the pile driver (1); a flexible hose (12) connected to the supply portion (11) and provided with a nozzle (13) at a free end; and a cylinder (14) mounted on the guide (3) of the pile driver, wherein an end portion of a piston rod is connected to an end portion of the flexible hose (12). According to the forward and backward movement of the piston rod of the cylinder and the direction of rotation of the guide, the direction of concrete mortar injection toward the space between a steel pipe casing (6) and a concrete mortar column (7) is adjusted. The present invention can perform a motor injection work safely without the risk of injury to a worker which occurs when the worker directly holds the hose and injects the concrete mortar into a pile or the surroundings thereof during the conventional concrete mortar injection work. The present invention can prevent the contamination around a workplace as a supply direction is unintentionally changed by the operator by the supply pressure of the mortar, can reduce installation costs by simplifying the configuration thereof, and can be easily applied to an existing pile driver.
본 발명은 그라우팅용 콘크리트 몰탈 주입장치에 관한 것으로, 항타기(1)의 리더(2)에 장착된 가이드(3)에서 가이드되어 리더 상단의 활차(4)에 의해 지지되는 회전 스크류 오거(5)에 의해 천공된 굴착공에 강관 케이싱을 삽입하고 케이싱 속에 관입되는 프리캐스트 기둥과 상기 강관 케이싱 사이의 공간에 콘크리트 몰탈을 주입하는 그라우팅용 콘크리트 몰탈 주입장치에 있어서, 항타기(1)의 측부에 장착된 공급부(11), 상기 공급부(11)에 연결되고 자유단부에 노즐(13)이 제공된 가요성의 호스(12), 상기 가요성의 호스(12)의 단부에 피스톤로드의 단부가 연결되어 있으며 항타기의 가이드(3)에 장착된 실린더(14)를 포함하여 실린더의 피스톤로드의 전후진과 가이드의 회전 방향에 따라 강관 케이싱(6)과 콘크리트 몰탈 기둥(7) 사이의 공간을 향한 콘크리트 몰탈 주입 방향을 조정하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 종래 콘크리트 몰탈 주입 작업시에 작업자가 호스를 직접 잡고 파일 또는 그 주변으로 콘크리트 몰탈을 주입하는 경우에 발생되는 작업자의 부상 위험 없이 안전하게 몰탈 주입 작업을 수행할 수 있으며, 몰탈의 공급압력에 의하여 작업자가 의도하지 않게 공급 방향이 바뀜에 따라 작업장 주변을 오염시키는 문제가 방지되는 효과와 함께, 구성을 단순화하여 설치비용을 절감할 수 있고, 기존의 항타기에도 간편하게 적용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
A Concrete Mortar Injection Device For Grouting
The present invention relates to a concrete mortar injection device for grouting.
