POLLUTANT EFFLUENCE CONTROLLING MODULE
The present invention relates to a module for blocking contaminant leakage, which is installed on the periphery of a facility through which contaminants are discharged, blocks the contaminants so as to minimize the range of the contaminant outflow to the outside, and comprises a smart fence that spreads around the facility while being rolled up in a roll shape during installation and shields the periphery of the facility from the outside. In various disaster situations such as earthquakes and floods, when the contaminants leak due to operation stop of or damage to sewage/wastewater treatment facilities, water treatment facilities, etc., it is possible to protect the environment by effectively blocking and collecting the leaking contaminants.
본 발명은 오염물질이 유출되는 시설물의 둘레에 설치되어 오염물질이 외부로 유출되는 범위를 최소화할 수 있도록 오염물질을 차단하며 롤형태로 권취된 상태에서 설치시에 전개되면서 상기 시설물의 둘레를 외부와 차폐시키는 스마트 펜스를; 포함함으로써 지진, 홍수 등과 같은 다양한 재난상황에서 하·폐수처리시설, 정수처리시설 등이 가동 중단 또는 파손으로 인해 오염물질이 유출시에 효과적으로 유출된 오염 물질을 차단하고 집수하여 할 수 있도록 하여 환경을 보호할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
