The present invention relates to implementation of waterproofing work on a roof of a concrete structure or a surface of a water treatment structure. After fixing a drain panel for adjustment of a base to a base surface integrally with a waterproof sheet, the waterproof sheet is successively overlapped and fused, or after fixing the drain panel for adjustment of the base to the base surface, the waterproof sheet is attached to the upper surface by using a solvent-free epoxy adhesive and high-frequency fusion at the same time to improve the initial adhesion and uniformly adjust the base surface. In addition, it is easy to prevent a floating phenomenon of the waterproof sheet, thereby capable of preventing damage and contamination of the waterproof sheet by increasing stain resistance and root-proof performance.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 옥상이나 수처리구조물의 표면에 방수작업을 실시함에 있어서, 바탕면에 바탕 조정용 배수패널을 방수시트와 일체로 고정한 후 방수시트를 연속으로 겹쳐 융착시키거나, 바탕면에 바탕 조정용 배수패널을 고정한 후 그 상면에 방수시트를 무용제 에폭시계 접착제와 고주파융착을 병행하여 접착하므로 초기 부착력을 향상시키고 바탕면을 균일하게 조정할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 침출수 및 결로수의 배출이 용이하여 방수시트의 들뜸현상을 방지하며, 내오염성 및 방근성능을 증대시킴으로써 방수시트의 손상 및 오염을 방지할 수 있는 방수시트 및 바탕 조정용 배수패널이 구비된 3중 구조의 방수시트에 관한 것이다.
