Outrigger for pile driver
The present invention relates to an outrigger for a pile driver. The outrigger for the pile driver according to the present invention comprises: two stays (30) for stably supporting a vertically erected leader (20); and both sides beams (40) of a base machine connected to lower parts of each of the stays. The beam is composed of a first beam fixed to a base machine and a second beam for expanding a support width between the lower parts of each of the stays. The outrigger for the pile driver of the present invention includes a longitudinal rotation pin (45) and a plurality of bolt coupling members (46) inserted into a connection portion of the first beam and the second beam. Accordingly, during assembly and deployment, the first beam and the second beam are fixed by the bolt coupling member. In addition, during movement, the bolt coupling member is removed and the second beam is rotated and folded toward the rear of the base machine around a pivot pin, thereby reducing the support width. An object of the present invention is to provide the outrigger for the pile driver which has strong stability and is easy to be assembled and disassembled.
본 발명에 따른 파일드라이버용 아우트리거는, 수직으로 세워진 리더(20)를 안정적으로 지지하기 위한 2개의 스테이(30)와 상기 스테이 각각의 하부와 연결되는 베이스 머신의 양측 빔(40)을 포함하고, 상기 빔은 베이스 머신에 고정된 제1 빔과 상기 스테이 각 하부 간의 지지폭을 확장하기 위한 제2 빔으로 구성되고, 상기 제1 빔과 제2 빔의 접속부에 삽입되는 세로방향 회동핀(45)과 복수의 볼트 결합부재(46)를 포함하여, 조립 전개 시에는 상기 볼트 결합부재로 제1 빔과 제 2빔을 고정하고, 이동 시에는 볼트 결합부재를 제거하고 제2 빔을 회동핀을 중심으로 베이스 머신 후방으로 회전 접철하여 지지폭을 축소하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an outrigger for a pile driver.
