The present invention provides: a modified concrete composition used for building flooring, in which a synthetic emulsion is mixed instead of water in a material mixture of concrete to improve adhesion between cement and aggregate, and thus, strength and waterproofness of the installed flooring can be improved, and smooth finish and abrasion resistance can be increased; and a construction method of the flooring using the same. The modified concrete composition used in the building flooring according to the present invention is obtained by mixing 18 to 27 parts by weight of cement, 38-47 parts by weight of fine aggregate, 33-37 parts by weight of coarse aggregate and 2-5 parts by weight of a synthetic emulsion.
본 발명은, 콘크리트의 재료 배합에 물 대신 합성에멀젼을 혼합하여 시멘트와 골재의 접착력을 향상시켜 시공된 바닥재의 강도 및 방수성 향상과 매끄러운 마감처리 및 내마모성을 증대시키고 건조수축에 의한 균열발생 요소를 줄일 수 있는, 건축물 바닥재에 활용되는 개질 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 사용하는 바닥재의 시공방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 건축물 바닥재에 활용되는 개질 콘크리트 조성물은, 시멘트 18∼27중량부, 잔골재 38∼47중량부, 굵은 골재 33∼37중량부, 합성에멀젼 2∼5중량부를 혼합하여 조성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
