DEVICE FOR LIFT AND LIFT METHOD INCLUDING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a lift device which comprises: a plurality of support units spaced apart from each other to have at least one lift guide hole on the top surface respectively; and a height adjustment unit fastened into each of the lift guide holes on the support units to lift or lower an object seated on the top surface of the support unit through forward or backward rotation. The lift method according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base layer formation step of pouring concrete on the ground to form a base layer; a disposition step of disposing a plurality of the support units on the top surface of the base layer at certain intervals; a seating step of aligning and seating a plurality of objects on the support units, wherein one side and the other side of the object are seated respectively on the top surface of any one support unit and the top surface of another support unit; a height adjustment step of fastening a height adjustment unit into the lift guide holes on the support units to rotate the same forward or backward, so that the uppermost height of each of the objects is made identical; and a mortar layer formation step of filling the gaps between the support units with mortar through through-holes formed on the support units.
본 발명에 따른 리프트 장치는, 서로 이격되도록 배치되며, 상면에 적어도 하나 이상의 승강가이드홀이 형성된 복수개의 지지부; 및 상기 지지부의 승강가이드홀에 각각 체결되며, 정방향 또는 역방향 회전에 의해 상기 지지부의 상면에 안착되는 피대상물을 상승 또는 하강시키는 높낮이 조절부;를 포함한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 리프트 공법은, 지면에 콘크리트를 타설하여 기층을 형성하는 기층형성단계; 상기 기층의 상면에 복수개의 지지부를 일정간격으로 배치하는 배치단계; 상기 지지부들의 상면에 복수개의 피대상물을 나열, 안착하되, 어느 하나의 지지부의 상면과 다른 하나의 지지부의 상면에 피대상물의 일측과 타측을 각각 안착하는 안착단계; 상기 지지부의 승강가이드홀에 높낮이 조절부를 체결한 다음, 정 방향 또는 역 방향으로 회전시켜 상기 피대상물들의 최상면 높이를 일치시키는 높이 조절단계; 및 상기 지지부에 형성된 관통홀을 통해 지지부들의 사이 공간마다 몰탈을 채움하는 몰탈층 형성단계;를 포함한다.
