Apparatus for blocking side wall opening during concrete curing

The present invention relates to a side wall opening thermostat during curing of concrete. More particularly, the present invention relates to a side wall opening thermostat for blocking an opening during the concrete curing, when forming a concrete side wall using a side wall gang form, including an iron plate for forming a side wall with an opening formed therein, a plurality of horizontal reinforcing materials arranged in a horizontal direction with respect to the iron plate to reinforce the iron plate, and a plurality of vertical reinforcing materials coupled in a vertical direction of the iron plate from the upper side of the horizontal reinforcing material to reinforce the iron plate. The side wall opening thermostat comprises: an installation frame having a height lower than the height of the horizontal reinforcing material, disposed around the opening, and having one side coupled to the iron plate; an insulating film having an edge coupled to the installation frame to maintain a predetermined gap with the iron plate without interfering with the vertical reinforcing material; and a fastening member for fixing the insulating film and the installation frame.

본 발명은 콘크리트 양생 중 측벽 개방구 보온장치에 관한 것이다. 개방구가 형성된 측벽 형성용 철판, 상기 철판에 대하여 수평 방향으로 배열되어 상기 철판을 보강하는 복수의 수평보강재와, 상기 수평보강재의 상측에서 상기 철판의 수직방향으로 결합되어 상기 철판을 보강하는 복수의 수직보강재를 포함하는 측벽용 갱폼을 이용하여 콘크리트 측벽을 형성할 때, 상기 콘크리트 양생 중 상기 개방구를 막기 위한 보온 장치에 있어서, 상기 수평보강재의 높이 보다 낮은 높이를 가지며, 상기 개방구의 둘레에 배치되고, 일측이 상기 철판에 결합되는 설치프레임; 및 상기 수직보강재와 간섭되지 않으면서, 가장자리가 상기 설치프레임에 결합되어 상기 철판과의 소정의 간극을 유지하는 보온막; 상기 보온막과 상기 설치프레임을 고정하는 체결부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
